What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and credit card payments.
If I use my credit card on your site, will you steal my identity?
No. It has always been our policy to keep your personal information as secure as possible.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship every order within 2 business days of receiving your payment, but keep in mind that we are a small company. If you need your order by a specific date, please mention it in the notes when you order (or follow up with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org). Please include your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. You can find shipping prices to your country by adding the products you want to the cart and starting the checkout process. Our shipping prices are based on weight and distance.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer shipping through FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates vary depending on package weight and destination. Tracking numbers are only available for orders shipped using UPS and FedEx.
Why is shipping so expensive!?
Our shipping charges are calculated by the online store. If the charge you're getting seems too high, email us at email@example.com and we can work with you to get the best rate!
What is the status of my order?
Please log in to your account to check the status, or track your package via the website of the shipping carrier you chose. Feel free to email us if you have any questions.
I pre-ordered an item, when will it ship?
We always try to ship pre-ordered items a couple of days before release day so you have it as soon as humanly possible.
I placed an order with both pre-order items and in-stock items… what is your policy?
We will wait to ship your order until we have EVERYTHING in stock. If that doesn’t work for you, email us and we will work something out.
I have not received my order, what do I do?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and include your order number.
What is your return policy?
Unless specifically stated in the product description, all items are returnable. Apparel items must be unworn and not washed. Music items must be unopened and unplayed.
If you ordered the wrong size or item, or if you just plain don’t like what you bought, you will need to pay to return the item. We will then refund the item from your original order, and you can place a new order with the correct item.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please let us know and we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement. If we shipped you the wrong item, please email us and then return the item via First Class Mail.
In order to receive a refund, your returned item MUST arrive in re-sellable condition, so please pack it carefully.
Where do I send a return or exchange?
Step 1 – Within 30 days of shipment, send us an email at email@example.com.
Step 2 – Once we have approved your return, we will send you instructions on where to mail it. Please be sure to include your order number with the return.
